Domestic water service is metered. Bills are calculated based on the prior month's usage. The back of your white postcard details the calculation.
Irrigation Assessments are calculated based on the size of your lot. The details to the calculation are on the front of the green billing postcard.
Domestic water services are billed on a white postcard and due monthly. Payment is due by the 20th of the month that the bill is received. Water services are billed in arrears. The bill you receive is for the prior month's service.
Annual Irrigation Assessments are billed on a green postcard, in two parts: 1st half billed in March; payment due by April 30th. 2nd half billed in June; payment due by July 31st.
Customers can view and/or pay their annual irrigation assessment online starting in late January. (Green Postcards are still mailed in March and June for balances due).
Should your domestic or irrigation service be locked out due to non payment, there is a $25.00 charge to lock the service and a $25.00 charge to unlock it once payment is received. Both of these fees will be due in order to restore service.

Please provide us with a moving date and your forwarding address so that we may finalize your billing and take the account out of your name.
Any overpayments made to a closed account, resulting in a credit balance will be reviewed and refunded to the payee.
